Walking around the city

Kuroi walked along the streets of this huge ratty city. Ofcourse, this place was crawling with criminals, he really needed to get to the local sweeper cafe. Obviously, he was smiling, hands behind his head, gun on his waistbelt. The sun was completely covered by clouds, and there was heavy mist everywhere. The streets were squeking with rats and mice, and cats and dogs.

Koko walked around the streets searching for a place to hang out until the mist lifted sum. As she walked rats ran past her sending a cold chill up her spine each time. Soon she came into view of a couple of boxes. She hurried towards them and climbed onto sitting down to rest. She started a little hum when she heard footsteps. She stopped and prepared a herself for battle if it was another criminal.

Kuroi heard something move and went to investigate. He found a box, but it looked like it had something in itm Glancing around, he picks up the box, and sees a girl fall out of it, looking down at the box, and then the girl, he puts on a confused look, and just keeps looking at the girl. Thinking it was strange to see a young girl out on the streets in this weather, especially when it was crawling with criminals.

Koko stood to her feet. She looked at the guy infront of her without a word to say. She looked to the side and then back.

"Whats a girl like you doing on the streets with so many criminals?" Kuroi asked, a little cocerned now, maybe this girl was homeless...

"Just taking a walk is all." She shrugged. "I'm not really worried about criminals."

"...You should be, some of these criminals are a lot more dangerous than you might think." Kuroi says, a bit more serious now, looking down into the girls eyes.

Koko blinked. "I'll be more careful then."

Kuroi looks the girl up and down. "You don't even carry a weapon..." Kuroi states, a bit more confused now. "Are you heading anywhere?"

"My speed is my weapon, that's good enough for me. And no, I'm not heading anywhere, just looking for a place to rest."

"...Then if you come with me, I'm heading to the sweepers Cafe, they'll let you rest there if you want." Kuroi says, then adds. "Speed isn't a weapon without somehing to make it one."

Koko shrugged. "I'll come I guess."

Kuroi shrugs. "You know, you really need to smile more, miling is the ultimate medicine, along with being a nice thing to do." Kuroi starts walking forward, expecting her to follow, and obviously, smiling.

Koko stands still letting his words sink in then she shruggs and runs off after him.

Kuroi keeps walking until he gets to the diir of the Sweeper Cafe, he pushes the door open and walks in, then waits for the girl to come in.

Koko walks into the Cafe. "Thank you."

Kuroi motions to the front counter. "Just go over there and ask to stay for however long you want." Kuroi says walking over to a couch and turning on the T.V.

"Okay." She starts to wlak off but stops. She forgot to ask his name. Does names really matter when there's a chance I won't see him again... She shruggs and keeps walking. Names don't matter, because I never stay around for too long.

"Oh by the way, I forgot to ask your name" Kuroi yells over his shoulder at her.

She stopped and answered without looking back. "Names don't matter." She starts walking again.

"I like to know peoples names."

"It's Koko. What's yours?"

"Kuroi."

"Thank you...Kuroi," she said as she disappeared into the crowd.
